夲科第二学位能申请香港大学研究生，具体申请条件为：
1、将于2020年7月初前毕业并获得学士学位的全日制学生，专业不限。
2、就读于重点高校以及累计GPA 3.7（平均成绩绩点，满分4分）以上的申请人将优先考虑。
3、如申请金融学硕士及商业分析硕士，具备STEM学科背景或较强的数理知识的申请人将优先考虑。
4、如申请人毕业于非英文为授课语言的学校，须提供符合要求的雅思或托福成绩（如暂无，可在秋季正式申请阶段补充）。

按我所知道的情况是这样的，双学士学位的修读并不等同于学两个专业，比如说你是管理专业的，你如果再修一门会计专业，这样的话，你毕业之后也只是拿一个学士学位，但是如果你再学一门金融学的话，到时你就能拿到经济学学士学位和管理学学士学位双学位的~~然而学双学士和第二专业各个学校的情况有所不同，一般来说是在大学的第二个学期末选择，然后在第三个学期开始上课，上课一般是在周末和寒暑假~这是以江西财经大学的情况为例子，但是各个学校情况基本一致~~
