Example: 1. 信封的寫法
在信封正面左上方寫下發信人姓名、地址，在信封中間偏右一點，寫下收信人的姓名、地址。姓名單獨佔一行，地址和名稱按從小到大的順序。一般信封的寫法有兩種形式，第一種為並列式(block form)，即每行開頭要平齊，例如：

2. 信的構成
英文信一般由六部分組成。下面的實例可以說明英文信的構成，實例之後還有對英文信結構的詳細說明。

(1)寫信人地址和發信日期
寫信人地址和發信日期通常寫在信紙右上方，先寫地址，後寫日期。日期的寫法英美不盡相同，以下幾種寫法皆可：

(2)收信人姓名和地址
收信人姓名、地址寫在左上方，低於寫信人地址和發信日期一至兩行，一般要在收信人姓名前加上尊稱或頭銜，如Mr., Mrs., Prof., Director等，如：

(3)對收信人的稱呼
對收信人的稱呼自成一行，寫在收信人姓中、地址下面空一行外，信紙左邊頂格寫，稱呼一般以Dear開始。

(4)信的正文
信的正文是信的主體部分，一般在呼語下面空兩行開始寫，每段的第一行都要空一個字母，正文部分既要內容完整，條理清楚，又要注意必要的禮節。
(5)結束語和謙稱
在信的結尾處發信人對收信人往往使用一種謙稱。這部分寫在正文下面一至兩行處，一般在信紙中間或偏右的地方寫起，首字母要大寫，末尾用「，」。常用謙詞有：
Yours truly, Truly yours, Faithfully yours, Yours faithfully, Respectfully yours, Yours respectfully, Yours lovingly, Yours, Yours ever等。
(6)發信人簽名
信末的簽名一般低於結束用語一至兩行，從信紙中間偏右的地方寫起。一般要簽全名，除非是自己十分熟悉或親密的人。有時，還要寫上發信人的職務或頭銜。
另外，有時信中還有附件，這時要在信的左下角註明Encl(enclosure)或Enc.，如：
Enc. Drive License附駕駛執照
如果在寫完信後，又有需要補充的內容，可在左下方寫P. S. (postscript) 。
二、英文書信實例
1.求職申請信要寫明你要申請的工作或職務，你的學歷、能力或你的特長。求職申請信的寫作要做到簡單、明了，要用簡潔的語言清楚地反映你的才能、成績、經歷。申請信主要用於申請入學、學術交流等。這類信件應寫明本人的意願、申請的理由。求職申請信的常用句型有：

②In answer to your advertisement, I wish to apply for...
③I have had the experience of...
④I am very interested in (keen on) ...

2.邀請信一般分為正式和非正式兩種。熟悉的朋友之間可採用非正式的形式，即正文用第一人稱寫，稱呼也可以隨便一些。寫邀請信時要做到語言朴實，態度熱情，要說明邀請的原因、活動地點和時間。用詞要清晰明了;信函內容應簡短，不要使用太多描繪性語言。如果要求被邀請者答復，則要在信上註明「RSVP」 (「請答復」 )或「Please reply」。被邀請人在收到信後應立即答復。
如果接受，應先表示感謝和被邀請的喜悅心情，而且需要重復寫明出席的時間和地點。如果謝絕，除了表示謝意之外，還需要表達失望或遺憾之感，然後具體說明不能履約的原因。邀請信及其回復的常用句型：

3.祝賀信是表示慶祝的書信。在西方風俗習慣中，遇到重大的節假日，比如新年、聖誕節、生日等以及親朋好友之間遇到了什麼喜事都應寫信致以問候或贈送禮品。賀信的寫作要注意主題明確，中心突出，情感真摯但切記不要言過其實，評價要恰當，要表現出真誠的喜悅和祝賀。另外，代表單位的賀信應較為正式，措詞要嚴謹、謙恭。祝賀信常用語：

㈥ 自考英語寫作怎麼考啊

1、學生盡可能地選擇自己擅長或適合自己的表達方式。每個學生擅長的表達方式是不一樣的。有的擅長理性的邏輯思維，有的情感豐富，擅長抒情想像，而有的社會生活經歷相對豐富，對現實的認識能力相對較強，他們的語文基礎與語文能力也各有不同，因此適合他們自身的表達方式也肯定不相同。作文一定要求學生選擇適合他們自己的表達方式，要提醒學生盡可能地不要強迫自己選擇不適合自己的表達方式。擅長抒情的抒情，擅長議論的議論，當然能力全面的自然要根據題目的要求找到自己最好的表達方式。

2、結構造句——與眾不同。在造句時,既要使句子生動，又要使其簡明扼要。使用與人不同的表達方式，特別是提倡打破漢語句子結構的束縛而重組的句子更受歡迎。例句：唐山曾在二十世紀八十年代發生過一次大地震。A: There was a strong earthquake in Tangshan in the 1980s.B: A terrible earthquake hit/struck Tangshan in the 1980s.大多數同學使用了there be結構，這是對的，但是B句卻摒棄了常見句式。另闢蹊徑而使用了「主語+謂語+賓語」結構，且使用了terrible,hit/strike這樣的詞彙，更是難能可貴的。

3、使用一些強勢句式，如強調句、感嘆句、倒裝句等，增強語句的表現力。如：3)阿福救了我妹妹。A: Ah Fu saved my sister.(一般句式)B: It was Ah Fu that saved my sister.(強調句式)4)我們看到莊稼和蔬菜長勢喜人很是高興。A: We were glad to see crops and vegetables growing well.(一般陳述句)B: How glad we were to see crops and vegetables growing well.(感嘆句)
4、句式多樣,復雜得體。在寫作中應避免使用相同長度的相同句型，而應注意句式的變化，如長短句結合，簡單句、並列句與復合句共用，還可使用簡化句等；一些較復雜的結構如獨立主格，分詞結構等也可使用。下面的表達中A句簡單句多，而且多處使用there be結構，顯得單調、乏味，而B句就有自己的特色(請同學們自己分析)。5)這是一套25平方米的住房，住房裡面有卧室、有洗澡間、有廚房；卧室里有床、沙發、桌子和椅子等。A: It's a flat of 25 square metres. There is a bedroom in the flat. There is a bathroom and a kitchen in it, too. In the bedroom, there is a bed; there is a sofa, a desk and a chair as well.B: It's a flat of 25 square metres, with a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. In the bedroom there is a bed, a sofa, a desk and a chair.
