One can't do everything by oneself,and sometimes he or she has difficulty in doing something.So a help is needed when this happens.
But we can't offer a help to someone all the time.In case of that he or she can do the thing by himself or herself,we can't offer a help,we should say "no"to it.Or that would make him or her become lazier.So we should say "no" without hesitation in such a situation.

1丶Time to time, we see someone have food on the subway or bus. Regarding this phenomenon, different people hold different ideas.
Some people support having food on the subway or bus, they think it is a kind of freedom, when they are hungry or just want to eat something, then they enjoy their food. While some people opposite, they confirm eating on the subway affects other passengers.
I also go against eating on the Subway or bus. I still remember one day when I just took off my work and took a subway, as it is the rush hours, so there are plenty of passengers taking the subway together with me, a carriage is overcrowded within a several minutes. After a while, a kind of complaint noise goes into my ears, but it is not big enough, graally, the noise is expanded by more people, i hear clearly what's up, a person is eating steamed stuffed bun and those people are complaining for that, actually, I also hate the taste of the bun, especially there are so many people in one carriage. I feel we should not be selfish when we are in public.
I'm not the only person to go against eating food on the Subway, many people stand by me, the Government also promulgate a decree that food is banned on the subway this year. I'm happy about that and I am sure the food will be banned on the bus either one day in the future.
2、In learning of foreign language,some students ignore the development of their listening ability.they tend to think that listening practice is a waste of time,so they would rather do more reading to raise their language.
The importance of English rests with the language being used in most countries in the world as a communicating tool. For example, a German and a Chinese can't speak opposite side's language, but they both know English. And then there is no problem between their language communication. We must know the importance and learn the language earnestly
The key to learn English well is to recite words. Words are the bricks of language building.Only keeping them in our mind, can we master them. To learn English well,we need to listen more English broadcast and contact with more foreingers so that we can practise our listening comprehansion. Only in this way, can we study for the purpose of application

4、Some people say the key to success is the luck, while others claim it is hard work. As far as I am concerned, there are many factors contributing to success and the three fundamental ones are diligence, devotion and perseverance.

Diligence is the first key factor to success. Diligence helps us remove ignorance, overcome difficulties, and enlighten our minds. It makes a fool wise, and a poor man rich. Devotion is another factor to success. Whatever we do, we must love it and do it whole-heartedly. Only when we set our minds on the job, can we do it well. Furthermore, perseverance, or a strong will, is the last key to success. Without a strong will, we are likely to give up when we meet some difficulties, let alone perform wonderful deeds.

To conclude, all great men achieve success through diligence, devotion and perseverance. Just as the famous saying goes, "No pains, no gains", "Where there is a will, there is a way."
