有一天，你發現自己已經做了原告，而你卻毫不知情，繼而又發現：名下的房子沒了？！
這樣的事，發生在安徽省阜陽市潁上縣。
“我本人不知道，怎麼就能當原告？”50多歲的農民羅會來漲紅著臉說。他的房子經由一起“由他起訴”的官司，歸了別人。
本人不知道，忽然“被原告”
羅會來做的個體生意，是把蘆葦編成的“大圈”(農村盛放糧食的容器——記者注)賣到東北。2005年年末，他虧了錢，還不上地方信用社的70多萬元貸款。這時，銀監會潁上縣辦事處職員王干替他把這一筆錢付給了信用社。
“王干是想買我在上海的兩家店面,傳奇世界私服，我一直沒同意。我只說過咱商量好的話，可以給你一家。”羅會來說。
在買賣達成之前，他們簽下了協議：“乙方羅會來自願將上海市某處兩間門面房以862224.6元價格賣給甲方王干，甲方於2005年12月30日前向乙方預付購房款 742224.6元，尚欠12萬元，於2006年3月10日前付清。乙方必須向甲方提供上述房屋的產權證書等。”
據羅會來回憶：“當時王干替我付了欠信用社的錢，怕我就這樣跑了，我們就同意把我的房產證交給法院暫時保管，經手法官是鄭章友。”
但他怎麼也沒想到，房子會在沒有他簽字過戶的情況下，變成了王乾的。
2006年7月末，羅會來、鄭章友、王干一同到了上海市虹口區房產局。
據羅會來說：“那時候叫我去，我就去了。他們說話時，都讓我在一邊等著。當時我都沒說話，不知道咋回事呢。我沒見著過戶文書什麼的，因為他們上樓辦事，讓我在樓下復印材料，我看到里頭有一份法院調解書，上頭有我的名字。我很納悶，就留了個心眼兒，把原件悄悄塞進兜里。那時候不敢看，回家才看。”同年8月10日，房主變更為王干。
中國青年報記者質疑：“如果你不打算賣，照常理你應該抓緊還錢，怎麼會和人簽訂買賣協議？”
“我當然想還錢，可是時間特別短，3月簽的協議，我還來不及籌錢，8月房子就變成人家的了！”羅會來回答。
2007年，羅會來仍然經常到潁上縣法院的信訪辦公室，“那時就是一心想要回屬於我的房子”。
信訪辦公室工作人員調出了一份《民事調解書》：“看，這是你自己同意的，現在反悔也沒有用了。”
這份民事調解書的落款時間,五部門發布規定 明確逼供取證不能作為定案證據，正是當年房屋過戶的前不久。“原告”一欄寫的，正是摸不著頭腦的羅會來自己。
法官導演一案“六個假”？
羅會來說，這一個案子出了“六個假”。
“第一假，他們幫我請假律師和造假委託書；第二假，幫我假訴訟；第三假，幫我假立案；第四假，幫我假開庭；第五假，幫我製作假調解書；第六假，是法官到房產局假強制執行。”
中國青年報記者看到的材料顯示，2006年7月21日，羅會來在潁上縣法院，起訴王干欠他10萬元房款。
起訴書上，沒有羅會來的簽字和指印。委託代理人是法律工作者張學義。
蹊蹺的是，在2008年7月潁上縣人民檢察院的問話筆錄中，張學義坦承他當時根本不認識羅會來。
張學義說：“2008年5月左右，羅會來找我詢問代理案件情況時，我才認識的。”而這個時間，距離“委託”已經足足過去兩年。
那麼，這些起訴、委託和證件，都從何而來呢？
據張學義回憶：“民事訴訟狀、羅會來的身份證復印件、一份房屋出讓協議書，還有羅會來簽名、日期項目等都是空白的授權委託書，都是鄭章友法官交給我的，鄭又給我錢，叫我到立案庭立
