A Summary for this Semester

It comes the final of this term . Looking backward to so many things happened ring the past five months , I suddenly felt I grew up quickly from the series of problems I had ever met . Life is so difficult sometimes , putting a lot of troubles together in front of you . What is more , when the TEM4 examination came , I was afflicted seriously with the disease of depression and hurt by the long – term separation with 「Martian」 . It was really the hardest time for me . I cannot remember how many times I cried , even want to give up everything even life . But I dared not . I was still clear that I must overcome the trouble , I believed that everything would turn to be much better as far as I tried again and again . God won』t let an encouraged and determined and brave heart down ! So I walked steadily from side to side till I welcome the may holidays . I would never forget those kindly friends who helped and accompanied me go through those grey days . Jake ; Gary ;Mr Wang , who I consider as my intimate brother ; James Xu , whose mother treated me as well as her own daughter when I was in Shanghai ring the spring holidays ; and my first boyfriend , my classmates and roommates … of course my family especially my dear mother is the greatest power for me to continue my way .

一、情況分析
上學期，在上級領導的關懷和指導下，通過全體師生的共同努力，教學上取得了顯著成績：初中各年級總分合格率、總分優秀率、總分平均分都位於市所有參考學校首位，單科合格率、優秀率、平均分大部分列市前二名，初二數學、初三英語、物理、政治合格率、優秀率、平均分均列市第一名。高一、高二市統考總分合格率、總分優秀率、總分平均分三項總排名均為市第6名（含市屬三校），兩個年級的總排名為市第5，單科合格、優秀率、平均分大部分列市前6、前8、前6名，高一英語、化學，高二數學合格率、優秀率、平均分均列市第6名。校內統考科目成績喜人。但有個別科目成績不理想，在市或鎮的排名靠後，個別老師的教學成績與同級同科最好的相比，差距甚遠。

三、工作目標
1、完善、落實教學管理制度，使教學工作的管理更加規范化、制度化。
2、繼續做好青年教師的培養工作，使之盡快成為教學骨幹。
3、初一、初二各科的統測，初一1、2合格率要達到100%，英語、數學優秀率要超出全鎮所有參考班級最高率的16%（語文10%），初一3兩率要達全鎮各初級中學重點班最低線。
4、初三升中考總分合格率、總分優秀率保證目標為前五名，理想目標為前三名，同時要做好學生的分流引導工作。
5、高一語、數、英、物、化市統考合格率保證目標為前六名，理想目標為前五名，優秀率保證目標為前八名，理想目標為前五名。
6、高二語、數、英市統考合格率保證目標為前六名，理想目標為前四名，優秀率保證目標為前八名，理想目標為前五名。
7、高一、高二會考科目合格率、優秀率要達到全市的平均線以上。
8、高三高考上線人數要超額完成市下達的任務，優生成才率要達到前八名。
四、工作措施
1、強化目標管理。各科組、級組根據學校教學的整體目標計劃和要求以及各學科實際情況制定各學科的教學目標。各科任教師根據學校教學整體目標和學科教學目標，按年級學科要求，按班級學生實際和教師本人特長確定自己的教學目標。上述三種教學目標，從集體到個人，從整體到局部，最後落實到教師個體教學目標上，從而實現學校的整體目標。
2、抓好教學進度。各年級在不影響課堂效率的前提下，要力爭把教學進度適當提前，以求得高考、中考、會考和市、鎮統考備考工作主動權。
（1）高三級：盡可能把三輪復習的進度安排好，爭取每次模擬考取得好的成績。
（2）高二級：語文、數學、英語應至少超前二周完成本學期的教學任務。政治科要略有提前，物、化、歷、生五科會考科目必須在第10周前結束新課。X科中的物、化力爭把高三的內容講完，政治歷史爭取把高三的部分內容講完。
（3）高一級：地理科爭取在第10周前結束新課，其他各科在打好基礎的前提下，應適當超前，為會考及市統考作好充分准備。
（4）初中部：初一、初二爭取提前二周結束新課，初三力爭在第6周前結束新課，為升中考復習提供足夠時間。
3、抓好時間協調。本學期根據教學大綱規定的課時比例和學科特點，把白天和晚上的自習課分到各科，以協調各科的教學工作。各科任教師要視當天教學內容和自習安排情況，合理調整好作業量，並教育學生利用好自習時間。
4、抓好備考工作。高考備考領導小組要加強班風、學風和教風的管理，要注意監控好輔導對象的輔導過程和效果。其他各類考試科任要盡早確定培優輔差對象，定好培優輔差計劃。各科要加強對臨界優生和臨界合格生的輔導，在抓好單科優秀率和合格率的同時，提高總分優秀率和總分合格率。
5、初中畢業班，要正確處理好提高升中試成績和為我校高中輸送優秀人才兩者之間的關系，既要輔導好臨界優生和臨界合格生，提高總分優秀率和總分合格率，又要及早了解學生的報考意向，從關心學生，宣傳我校高中重點班優勢等著手，加強學生的愛校思想教育，做好初三年級的分流工作。
6、落實教學工作檢查制度。期中和期末教導處和科組聯合進行兩次教學工作檢查，檢查教師完成教育教學任務的情況，檢查教師的課堂教學狀況，檢查教師備課、輔導及作業批改等情況，檢查教師教研工作情況，檢查科組建設狀況，檢查各功能場室的管理狀況等等。
7、狠抓教學常規管理。各科組在抓好備課質量的基礎上，強化作業布置、批改以及學生書寫格式規范化的管理。本學期擬舉辦一次學生作業展覽和三次（第6、12、17周）學習質量跟蹤測試，把學生的學習質量落到實處，促進學生良好學習習慣的養成，推動良好學風的形成。
8、完善集體備課制度。備課組活動除必須做到「三定」、「四備」和「五統一」之外，即定時間、定內容、定中心發言人；備教材、備學生、備教法、備學法；統一教學進度、統一目的要求、統一重點難點、統一作業練習、統一測驗考試。還要抓好每次集體備課的質量，落實好備課的專題，有效地把備課內容轉化到教學實踐中。
9、開展教改專題研究。各科組的教研工作要以目標分層教學為重點，進一步做好宣傳發動工作，組織教師學習理論、掌握操作方法、編好練習題、參加青優課評選。在形容過程中，各科組要發揮備課組的力量，分工合作、共同研討，不斷總結。本學期的教學工作檢查將以目標分層教學為核心，全面檢查、考核各教師在備課、上課、作業布置與批改等方面對目標分層教學的運用情況。
10、加強學風建設。班主任不僅要認真抓好班風，通過良好的班風帶動學風建設，還要配合科任，參與各科的教學管理。班主任要多組織些與學習有關的活動，在班內營造良好的學習氛圍。科任要結合教學實際多給學生以學習方法指導，讓學生逐步掌握學習的技能和技巧。
11、培養青年教師。以結對子、壓擔子、搭檯子、引路子等形式，按照《新教師教學達標規定》和《教師結對子制度》中的有關要求，導師和新教師各自履行好自身的職責，並分階段對新教師進行考核，以幫助新教師盡快提高業務水平。
12、大力開展第二課堂活動。各備課組要組織相應的興趣小組、競賽小組，為參加省市有關競賽作好充分准備，並力爭獲得好名次。本學期各科組要針對優生舉行1~2次學科競賽，繼續開展上學期一些行之有效的課外活動，激發興趣，活躍課餘生活，提高學生素質。
