❹ 吉大法學考研復試都考什麼內容具體的最好舉些例子 。我考的是民商法 不知道還有什麼注意事項
專業課復試總共復分三個部分：專制業課筆試、專業課面試、英語面試。
專業課筆試是4道答題，答題時間2個小時。模式和初試是一樣的。大家按照初試那樣復習就OK了。
專業課面試採取公平公正的原則，去年的面試老師是：李建華、彭誠信、傅穹、馬新彥、於瑩。在你面試的時候，其他同學可以在屋裡旁聽~（超緊張的！！！）在你面前擺著3堆紙條，是3類題目：民法、商法、綜合素質題。在3堆里分別抽一道來回答，老師偶爾會根據你的回答再追問些問題，所以專業課還是要好好准備呀！
英語面試分為兩個環節，先是在一堆題目裡面抽一道，是專業英語哈~你來讀，老師會告訴你讀到哪裡，你讀到哪裡就要再翻譯到哪裡。翻譯完了會由於瑩老師隨便問你幾個日常生活的問題，你用英語來回答（這就算是連口語和聽力一起考了~）。
4.會不會每個環節都刷一批人？
不會的。復試大家都是全程參加，最後等錄取名單~名單出的比較晚，所以復試完了就可以走了。
