④pressure和stress的區別
Pressure is the force that is applied to something and stress is the reaction directly related to it. In other words, if a heavy object is on top of me, the pressure would cause my body to stress.
Pressure是施加在某物上的力而stress是與之直接相關的反應。換句話說，如果一個重物在我身上，pressure會導致我的身體stress。
However, if my boss is pressuring me to meet a deadline, the stress part is up to me, (that is where the internalization comes from). So in most cases when something is said to be stressed, it is most likely pressured as well, but that is already indicated by saying it is stressed.
