考試時間 筆試在每年6月和12月各一次，具體時間請參見本網站相關信息，本網站將在第一時間發布考試時間；口試在筆試後進行，每年5月和11月各一次，只有考生筆試成績達到一定標准後才能報名參加口試，報名要求參見口試考生手冊。全國大學英語四級（CET4）考試時間：6月21日上午9：00～11：20 全國大學英語六級（CET6）考試時間：6月21日下午15：00～17：20 四、六級考試成績採用滿分為710分的計分體制，不設及格線；成績報道方式由考試合格證書改為成績報告單，即考後向每位考生發放成績報告單，報道內容包括：總分、單項分等。為使學校理解考試分數的含義並根據各校的實際情況合理使用考試測量的結果，四、六級考試委員會將向學校提供四、六級考試分數的解釋。 在考試內容和形式上，四、六級考試將加大聽力理解部分的題量和比例，增加快速閱讀理解測試，增加非選擇性試題的比例。試點階段的四、六級考試由四部分構成：聽力理解、閱讀理解、綜合測試和寫作測試。聽力理解部分的比例提高到35%，其中聽力對話佔15%，聽力短文佔20%。聽力對話部分包括短對話和長對話的聽力理解；聽力短文部分包括短文聽寫和選擇題型的短文理解；聽力題材選用對話、講座、廣播電視節目等更具真實性的材料。閱讀理解部分比例調整為35%，其中仔細閱讀部分（careful reading）佔25%，快速閱讀部分（fast reading）佔10%。仔細閱讀部分除測試篇章閱讀理解外，還包括對篇章語境中的詞彙理解的測試；快速閱讀部分測試各種快速閱讀技能。綜合測試比例為15%，由兩部分構成。第一部分為完型填空或改錯，佔10%；第二部分為短句問答或翻譯，佔5%。寫作能力測試部分比例為15%，體裁包括議論文、說明文、應用文等。 根據目前的改革進程，近期內大學英語四、六級考試口語考試仍將與筆試分開實施，繼續採用面試型的四、六級口語考試（CET-SET）。同時，考委會將積極研究開發計算機化口語測試，以進一步擴大口語考試規模，推動大學英語口語教學。 由於四、六級考試是一個每年涉及上千萬考生的超大規模標准化考試，因此考試內容和形式的改革須經過一定規模的試點，對新試卷的有效性和可行性做出科學的論證，並了解師生的反饋。為此，自2006年1月開始，從參加大學英語教學改革試點學生中試行改革後的四級考試，自2006年6月開始以同等方式試行新的六級考試。2006年12月全面實施改革後的四級考試，同期實施改革後六級考試，2007年6月全面實施改革後的六級考試。據最新消息，教育部已經著手准備大學英語四六級網路化考試。考委會將按照《教學要求》制定新的四、六級考試大綱和樣題，並及時向教師和學生公布。 任何一項大規模標准化考試的發展都是一個不斷改進和完善的過程。四、六級考試十七年的發展歷程也證明了這一點。國家改革開放對我國大學生的英語交際能力不斷提出更高的要求，因此，四、六級考試中長期改革任務仍十分艱巨。考試委員會將不斷研究開發適合四、六級考試的新題型，研究改革後的四、六級考試對教學的後效；同時，充分利用高科技手段，完善考務管理系統，實現四、六級考試網上閱卷（CET-Online Marking），研究計算機化的四、六級考試（CET-CBT），爭取在一定考生范圍內或在某種能力測試中實現四、六級機考。 教育部稱英語四六級將機考（2007年1月31日）報名條件 從2006年12月的考試開始，大學英語四六級考試將不在對社會考生開放。報名對象僅限於如下幾種考生：1.全日制普通高等院校本科、專科、研究生在校生。2.各類全日製成人高等院校本科、專科在校生。3.修完大學英語四級課程的學生才能報考CET4。4.具有CET4合格證書或者取得425分（含425分）以上CET4成績的學生才能報考CET6。注意：各學校針對自己的教學需要還附加有一些特殊的要求，請大家在報名的時候仔細閱讀本校的報名須知。考試院嚴堵社會生參考四六級四六級拒社會考生 京高校修改學位管理辦法 報名時間 口試筆試均為每年兩次，3-4月份和8-10月份為報名時間，各地不統一，口試、筆試分開報名。具體時間請參見本網站相關信息，本網站將在第一時間發布全國各地的詳細的報名時間及報名地點。 附：2008年大學英語四、六級報名時間、地點各不相同，具體請參見：08年大學英語四、六級各地報名信息匯總
