T1.5：這一檔開始學校出現明顯短板，但是不妨礙仍然是美國人心目中的頂級學校
加州理工（諾獎密度全美第一，科研實力可見一斑，實在是太偏科了綜合影響力有缺陷只能放在這，但是牛逼程度絕對是T0級別）
康奈爾大學（工程醫學是強項，但是剩下的學科如商科法學雖然沒有太短的短板但與上一檔有差距）
布朗、達特茅斯（本科殿堂級，科研是短板，且學科設置並不齊全）
