這個專業比較靠前的名校有 UC Berkeley，University of Chicago ，Columbia University，Stanford 等等（Harvard的什麼的我就不說了。）

以上幾個大學比較好進的又比較容易念的是 Chicago，我一個朋友在那讀精算，3年拿到了bachelor degree，但是她三年沒出去玩過- -！現在已經工作了，做保險師。

個人感覺美國大學認可托福比雅思要高，如果你想申請到市場scholarship 托福怎麼也要105以上（最低了），UC Berkeley 最低的GPA是3.75（不是說你3.75就可以進，只是你3.75才能申請）

美國大學很重視independent thinking 和society activities，你要是參加過 農村支教啊，做義工啊，或者在報刊上發表過自己的文章，或者參加什麼國內的重大活動，或者是奧數 什麼之類的 對你很有幫助。因為你申請的時候要寫一篇essay的，你要讓負責錄取的人一看 認可你的邏輯能力和寫作能力，還有就是讓他眼睛一亮（就是上面我說的社會活動） 這篇essay是很重要的
