❶ 陈强的人物生平
1994年3月于日本东北大学药学部药品物理化学专业获得药学博士学位。现任南开大学特聘教授,博士生导师。
个人学习和工作经历:
1980.09-1984.07 南开大学化学系物理化学专业,获得理学学士学位;
1988.04-1994.03 日本东北大学药学部药品物理化学专业,获得药学硕士、药学博士学位;
1996.03-2001.04 日本东北大学药学研究科任教并完成在职博士后研究,成为东北大学药学部创建以来第一位外籍教员;
2001.05- 至今 任教于南开大学生命科学学院,并创建生物传感器实验室。兼任生物活性材料教育部重点实验室副主任,建立了新型诊断材料领域,开展了分子间相互作用和分子识别的新型分析技术、中药作用机理及方剂配伍规律研究新方法的构建,功能微生物及其在环保、农业中的应用等跨学科的研究。
目前的主要研究方向:
生物电分析化学、生物医学传感技术、中药药理及药物分析
研究成果:
在纳米新材料光电化学技术、高性能纳米结构固定化酶电极制备技术、分子间相互作用和分子识别的新型分析技术、中药作用机理及方剂配伍规律研究新方法的构建等方向取得了显著成果。在国内外核心刊物发表论文80余篇,其中40余篇被SCI、EI收录,已授权专利6项,申请中专利1项。主持和分担了国家自然科学基金、“863”计划、教育部、天津市等科研项目十余项,研究成果获1997年日本文部省奖励研究A和2005年度天津市自然科学二等奖(编号2005ZR-2-011-R1)。
研究生培养:
获2006年度南开大学“敬业”奖教金一等奖。指导博士研究生中有两名分别于2005、2006年获得“南开十杰”称号,所指导研究生多次获得“南开大学优秀硕士毕业论文”及“南开大学优秀毕业生”奖励。为研究生开设三门课程:“物理化学在生命体系中的应用”(硕士生)、 “生物电化学”( 博士生)、“生物传感器的原理与技术” ( 博士生)。

❷ 被冒名男子怎么证明“我”不是我
被冒名注册医师执业信息的陈强,近日终于成功注册了“医师执业证书”。但他意外发现,自己的证书编号仍是冒名者的,且冒名者的注册信息在全国联网系统中还未被删除。
卫生部门为何不删除冒名者信息?据答复,原因之一是公安部门对假陈强的身份信息、陈强姓名是否被冒用没作出结论,且也无证据证明假陈强是以不正当手段取得的“医师执业证书”。

法院已受理被冒名者所提行政诉讼
“本案中,权利被侵害一方的当事人有证据,而且造假的人自己都承认是造假,在这样的证据面前,我觉得行政机关一定得作出一个行政行为。”研究行政法的中国政法大学教授郎佩娟认为,本案中“行政机关明显不作为,也就是老百姓说的‘懒政’。”
她认为,冒用他人身份、通过欺骗的手段,以此获得的执业医师资格是无效的,必须对造假者进行行政处罚。
郎佩娟强调,行政机关要做的,就是查清行为人的违法事实并进行处理,“而不是揪着身份证号这个文本”。她建议,陈强作为被侵权人,可以通过行政复议或行政诉讼的方式,要求卫生主管部门有所作为。
针对给假陈强颁发过“医师执业证书”的广州市荔湾区卫计局、从化区卫计局,陈强已经提起了行政诉讼,要求撤销、注销或吊销“假陈强”的“医师执业证书”。
5月初,广州铁路运输第一法院审查认为,两个起诉均符合法定受理条件,决定立案审理。
从化区卫计局答辩称,假陈强在变更执业地点注册的申请时,提供了身份证等法定材料,因此该局的颁发行为符合相关规定,程序合法。
该局称他们还曾以假陈强涉嫌提供虚假身份证办理注册为由,向当地公安机关报案,并对陈强提出的问题作了耐心细致的解答,已经依法履行了职责。
从化区卫计局政策法规科此前给本报复函时还表示,广东省卫计委相关处室曾明确提出此事的工作指导意见:在未核实清楚真实情况之前,暂不能办理注销注册,如果查实当事双方都存在违反规定的行为,须全部吊销医师资格;必须有待公安部门对上述当事人身份及相关情况调查清楚后,再做下一步处理。
“2016年5月发现的冒名,现在都一年多了,还没调查完、处理完。”陈强告诉记者,他希望假陈强的执业信息尽快被删除,并希望此次冒名事件中的相关责任人受到处理,自己也能得到合理的赔偿。
陈强说,江西省卫生部门的工作人员曾告诉他,在事情调查完毕后,会更正他在全国联网系统里的个人信息。

1964年 陈强,1964年出生于江西靖安,江西理工大学机电工程学院副教授,工学博士,硕士研究生导师。
❺ 陈强的基本简介
陈强先生,师从知名学者项秉仁教授,获得同济大学博士学位,并任教于该校建筑系。先后在核心期刊发表论文十余篇,获得同济大学青年教师讲课竞赛二等奖等奖项,并曾受建筑大师安藤忠雄基金会资助赴日本访问。他作为主要设计者参与项秉仁教授主持的西安大唐不夜城交流中心、宁波行政中心等项目,获得上海市建筑学会建筑创作优秀奖等奖项。开业建筑师和高校教师的双重身份,使得其具有扎实的学术根基和积极的创作态度。
兼任上海市房产经济学会理事、上海市系统工程学会理事、上海市楼宇科技研究会理事。上市公司独立董事。曾任四家不同类型企业的总经理,具有一定的企业经营及管理经验。
