在满足必备条件的基础上具备下列条件之一。

2、担任研究生导师，独立指导2名以上研究生，具有博士学位授予权学科的教师须协助指导1届以上博士研究生。
3、指导本科生毕业设计或论文（无毕业设计及毕业论文要求的学科此项可免）。
4、每两年在校内或省内做1次以上反映教学研究成果或介绍学科发展动态的学术报告（以教学科研管理部门备案为准）。

获取高等学校教师资格证。当大学老师，需要至少大学本科以上的学历，因为高等学校教师资格证报考至少需要大学本科毕业。

Ⅸ 要当大学英语教师需要具备哪些条件

要当大学英语老师，不同的学校有不同的要求：
（1）去985、211的大学当英语版教师，一般要求名校毕权业的英语博士研究生或英语博士后，发表过较高水平学术论文、有承接过含金量较高的科研项目;
（2）去二本院校当英语教师，现在一般至少得上外、北外、北大、南京大学等外语顶尖学府毕业的优秀硕士或英语博士;
（3）教师资格证肯定是关键。如果要成为英语专业的老师的话，应该要过专业四级、八级的。若没有这些证书，那四六级也要高分；如果有中高口或者BEC的证书应该会更好的，不过话说现在大学的老师都要至少硕士以上的学位。
