『伍』 《新概念英语》视频教程候毅凌（现任北京外国语大学英语学院教授）主讲的
两个都很好，我也在学新概念英语第二册，学到30多课了。新东方的徐燕讲得很棒，是我见过的最好的英语女老师了，讲得虽快得让人崩溃，常常要折回去折回去再看，不过能学到很多知识也值了。北外的时间短，重点突出，我两个都看，先看新东方，新东方看一课，再看北外的那一课，加强巩固。不过新东方的笔记很多，建议买厚一点的笔记本。
无论选哪个版本，最重要的一定要坚持，还要常常复习看笔记。祝你好运！

Beijing Foreign Studies University (simplified Chinese: 北京外国语大学; pinyin: Běijīng Wàiguóyǔ Dàxué) is a university in Weigongcun, Beijing, People's Republic of China. The campus occupies 304,553 square meters, with a student dormitory area of 40,000 m² and a library of 9997 m², and is divided in two by Beijing's Third Ring Road. Other facilities on campus include an audiovisual center, dining halls, and tennis courts. The university is popularly known as Běiwài (simplified Chinese: 北外) in Mandarin and BFSU in English.
The university claims to have evolved from the Yan'an School of Foreign Languages based on the Russian Language Unit of the Third Branch of the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese Military and Political College. The latter was established by the Communist Party of China ring the Japanese invasion. BFSU takes pride in its contacts with the Party Central Committee and such Chinese leaders as Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai. BFSU has been China's principal base offering training in foreign language learning and teaching. BFSU was affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from its establishment to the early 1980s and is now a key university under the Ministry of Ecation.

本人北外学生，来回答一下这个问题吧。众所周知，北外被誉为共和国外交官摇篮。而且北外是语言学习的专科院校，所教授的语言几乎涵盖了所有与中国建交的国家，所以外交部会来北外宣讲，因此北外的学生进外交部的很多。那下面给大家介绍几个比较有名而且比较厉害的吧。
第一位是傅莹，她是北京外国语大学英语学院1973级校友，研究生毕业于英国肯特大学国际关系。她个人的工作经历也很丰富。她曾经在菲律宾、澳大利亚、英国等多国的大使馆工作过，她还有有很多很厉害的名头！比如她是中国第一位少数民族女大使、驻大国女大使。最重要的是曾任外交部副部长（这个超厉害）。傅莹学姐现在是第十三届全国人民代表大会外事委员会副主任委员，中国社科院全球战略智库首席专家、中国国际经济交流中心特邀副理事长。（是不是听起来就很厉害！）所以这应该是一位非常典型的代表了。
其实北外进入外交部工作的学生有很多，这些可能只是相对来说影响力更大的，被大众所熟知的，还有很多没有这么大影响力但也很优秀的学长学姐们，
