《金融理论探索》（原名《金融教学与研究》）是由河北金融学院主办、面向国内外公开发行的金融学术期刊。双月刊。创刊于1985年5月。本刊致力于建设金融经济理论、扶植金融学人，坚持“求真、求实、求用”的学术原则。主要设有理论研究、经济论坛、热点追踪、金融市场、国际金融、区域金融、保险研究、信托与租赁等栏目。适合金融经济理论研究工作者、金融业务工作者和财经类院校师生阅读。

个人简介
汪海燕，男，法学博士，中国政法大学刑事司法学院教授，博士生导师，中国政法大学、吉林大学、武汉大学司法文明协同创新中心（“2011计划”）教授，中国政法大学司法改革研究中心主任，北京市大兴区人民检察院副检察长（挂职），英国诺丁汉大学访问学者。兼任中国刑事诉讼法学研究会理事，中国审判理论研究会司法改革专业委员会委员，入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”（2010年）、教育部、中央政法委“双千计划”（2013年）。在《法学研究》、《中国法学》、《政法论坛》、《清华法学》等刊物上发表论文数十篇，独著、合著（译著）、主编专著、教材十余部。
