首先可以用自己的英文或中文名字想一个为故事，或是单词之类的，我有一个很胖的老师叫ran，他介绍的时候告诉说：ran是run的过去式，而且你们有一个词一定很熟就是‘restaurant’以后你们想到餐馆就想到我啦，方法你可以借鉴。

其次你可以讲自己的一些趣事，其实不必非要是你自己的，你可以运用别人的转换一下。（因为不是每个人都有很多糗事给其他人看的）。
