A Summary for this Semester

It comes the final of this term . Looking backward to so many things happened ring the past five months , I suddenly felt I grew up quickly from the series of problems I had ever met . Life is so difficult sometimes , putting a lot of troubles together in front of you . Maybe it is god teaching me how to face the reality ---- life in fact is not always as beautiful as the sun , the sky would be angry sometimes , god would also burst into tears . And so is my life .

What is more , when the TEM4 examination came , I was afflicted seriously with the disease of depression and hurt by the long – term separation with “Martian” . It was really the hardest time for me . I cannot remember how many times I cried , even want to give up everything even life . But I dared not . I was still clear that I must overcome the trouble , I believed that everything would turn to be much better as far as I tried again and again . God won’t let an encouraged and determined and brave heart down ! So I walked steadily from side to side till I welcome the may holidays . I would never forget those kindly friends who helped and accompanied me go through those grey days . 一、情况分析
上学期，在上级领导的关怀和指导下，通过全体师生的共同努力，教学上取得了显著成绩：初中各年级总分合格率、总分优秀率、总分平均分都位于市所有参考学校首位，单科合格率、优秀率、平均分大部分列市前二名，初二数学、初三英语、物理、政治合格率、优秀率、平均分均列市第一名。高一、高二市统考总分合格率、总分优秀率、总分平均分三项总排名均为市第6名（含市属三校），两个年级的总排名为市第5，单科合格、优秀率、平均分大部分列市前6、前8、前6名，高一英语、化学，高二数学合格率、优秀率、平均分均列市第6名。校内统考科目成绩喜人。但有个别科目成绩不理想，在市或镇的排名靠后，个别老师的教学成绩与同级同科最好的相比，差距甚远。

1、完善、落实教学管理制度，使教学工作的管理更加规范化、制度化。

3、初一、初二各科的统测，初一1、2合格率要达到100%，英语、数学优秀率要超出全镇所有参考班级最高率的16%（语文10%），初一3两率要达全镇各初级中学重点班最低线。
4、初三升中考总分合格率、总分优秀率保证目标为前五名，理想目标为前三名，同时要做好学生的分流引导工作。
5、高一语、数、英、物、化市统考合格率保证目标为前六名，理想目标为前五名，优秀率保证目标为前八名，理想目标为前五名。
6、高二语、数、英市统考合格率保证目标为前六名，理想目标为前四名，优秀率保证目标为前八名，理想目标为前五名。
7、高一、高二会考科目合格率、优秀率要达到全市的平均线以上。
8、高三高考上线人数要超额完成市下达的任务，优生成才率要达到前八名。
四、工作措施
1、强化目标管理。各科组、级组根据学校教学的整体目标计划和要求以及各学科实际情况制定各学科的教学目标。各科任教师根据学校教学整体目标和学科教学目标，按年级学科要求，按班级学生实际和教师本人特长确定自己的教学目标。上述三种教学目标，从集体到个人，从整体到局部，最后落实到教师个体教学目标上，从而实现学校的整体目标。
2、抓好教学进度。各年级在不影响课堂效率的前提下，要力争把教学进度适当提前，以求得高考、中考、会考和市、镇统考备考工作主动权。
（1）高三级：尽可能把三轮复习的进度安排好，争取每次模拟考取得好的成绩。
（2）高二级：语文、数学、英语应至少超前二周完成本学期的教学任务。政治科要略有提前，物、化、历、生五科会考科目必须在第10周前结束新课。X科中的物、化力争把高三的内容讲完，政治历史争取把高三的部分内容讲完。
（3）高一级：地理科争取在第10周前结束新课，其他各科在打好基础的前提下，应适当超前，为会考及市统考作好充分准备。
（4）初中部：初一、初二争取提前二周结束新课，初三力争在第6周前结束新课，为升中考复习提供足够时间。
3、抓好时间协调。本学期根据教学大纲规定的课时比例和学科特点，把白天和晚上的自习课分到各科，以协调各科的教学工作。各科任教师要视当天教学内容和自习安排情况，合理调整好作业量，并教育学生利用好自习时间。
4、抓好备考工作。高考备考领导小组要加强班风、学风和教风的管理，要注意监控好辅导对象的辅导过程和效果。其他各类考试科任要尽早确定培优辅差对象，定好培优辅差计划。各科要加强对临界优生和临界合格生的辅导，在抓好单科优秀率和合格率的同时，提高总分优秀率和总分合格率。
5、初中毕业班，要正确处理好提高升中试成绩和为我校高中输送优秀人才两者之间的关系，既要辅导好临界优生和临界合格生，提高总分优秀率和总分合格率，又要及早了解学生的报考意向，从关心学生，宣传我校高中重点班优势等着手，加强学生的爱校思想教育，做好初三年级的分流工作。
6、落实教学工作检查制度。期中和期末教导处和科组联合进行两次教学工作检查，检查教师完成教育教学任务的情况，检查教师的课堂教学状况，检查教师备课、辅导及作业批改等情况，检查教师教研工作情况，检查科组建设状况，检查各功能场室的管理状况等等。
7、狠抓教学常规管理。各科组在抓好备课质量的基础上，强化作业布置、批改以及学生书写格式规范化的管理。本学期拟举办一次学生作业展览和三次（第6、12、17周）学习质量跟踪测试，把学生的学习质量落到实处，促进学生良好学习习惯的养成，推动良好学风的形成。
8、完善集体备课制度。备课组活动除必须做到“三定”、“四备”和“五统一”之外，即定时间、定内容、定中心发言人；备教材、备学生、备教法、备学法；统一教学进度、统一目的要求、统一重点难点、统一作业练习、统一测验考试。还要抓好每次集体备课的质量，落实好备课的专题，有效地把备课内容转化到教学实践中。
9、开展教改专题研究。各科组的教研工作要以目标分层教学为重点，进一步做好宣传发动工作，组织教师学习理论、掌握操作方法、编好练习题、参加青优课评选。在形容过程中，各科组要发挥备课组的力量，分工合作、共同研讨，不断总结。本学期的教学工作检查将以目标分层教学为核心，全面检查、考核各教师在备课、上课、作业布置与批改等方面对目标分层教学的运用情况。
10、加强学风建设。班主任不仅要认真抓好班风，通过良好的班风带动学风建设，还要配合科任，参与各科的教学管理。班主任要多组织些与学习有关的活动，在班内营造良好的学习氛围。科任要结合教学实际多给学生以学习方法指导，让学生逐步掌握学习的技能和技巧。
11、培养青年教师。以结对子、压担子、搭台子、引路子等形式，按照《新教师教学达标规定》和《教师结对子制度》中的有关要求，导师和新教师各自履行好自身的职责，并分阶段对新教师进行考核，以帮助新教师尽快提高业务水平。
12、大力开展第二课堂活动。各备课组要组织相应的兴趣小组、竞赛小组，为参加省市有关竞赛作好充分准备，并力争获得好名次。本学期各科组要针对优生举行1~2次学科竞赛，继续开展上学期一些行之有效的课外活动，激发兴趣，活跃课余生活，提高学生素质。
