Also, I learn to be strong and brave. In the past I was so timid that I can’t speak to strange persons. When I was in trouble, I felt frustrated. What’s more, I can’t make myself adopt to the new surrendings. But now when I meet with difficulties and failure, I on longer turn to others for help because I know that a person who can help me in the future is myself and the poor situations improves as well. And I also remember the saying the best has been made even better. I will think twice why I will fail and I will try my best to find out the reason, not to be blue or disappointed. I also know the true meaning of tolerance, consideration and forgiveness. Furthermore, I try to do something that I am not interested in. This society appreciate all-around person. Just like British statesman W.Churchill put it, “ is no use doing what you like, you have got to like what you do.” Now I take to life at university like a ck to water.
I always consider that inside each and everyone of us at the very core of our being is a winner wating to be awaked and unleashed upon the world. I will keep persuiting. Otherwise how can I awaken my inside winner?

With time goes by, it becomes a bit hard for me to remember everything about myself at the first day of my college life. However, there was one thing for sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university. Bringing with expectation, I got into Zhejiang Gongshang University. Generally speaking, it's an interesting and fantastic place for us to study and live in. Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight. Curious and out of politeness, I'd talk to them heart to heart. Here I make friends with my new classmates from everywhere around China. What's more, time and weather permitting, I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on the playground, tired but happy. When staying in dormitory, I choose to read news online and sometimes watch a film for relaxing. However, a good student can never leave his study behind. When it comes to study, hard problems never upset me, instead they arouse me. Rather than ignoring it, I'd think carefully for a while and ask my classmates for help.

带着期待，我进入了浙江工商大学。总的来说，这是一个有趣的，奇妙的学习和生活的地方。每天看着一群群外向的人。带着好奇并且处于礼貌，我想跟他们谈谈心。在这里我和来自中国各地的新同学交朋友。更重要的是，如果时间和天气允许的话，我会慢跑或与我的同学在操场上打篮球，虽然累但很高兴。呆在宿舍的时候，我会在线看新闻，有时也会看电影来放松。然而，一个好的学生永远不会落下他的课业。说到学习，困难不会让我难过，反而会激励我。不是忽略它，而是会认真地思考并向同学求助。

To be honest, there are some things I don’t deal with properly. For instance, once I spent nearly a whole day playing computer games. Personally, we university students are already alts and it's our obligation to develop ourselves in college by learning new professional skills. Not until we take a right attitude towards our study and life can we win a rich and colorful experience in college.

In recent years, college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-ecated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon?
There are several reasons for this. To begin with, nowadays college students aim too high. All they want are “good” jobs which could offer good salary, comfortable working conditions, high social status among others. Consequently, most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider not “good” enough. Another reason is that there is a big gap between the majors some students study in school and the demands of vacant jobs. So companies think some students are not fit for the jobs.
Solution to the problem requires efforts on both the society and the students. The companies should value the students, talent and knowledge while the latter should not merely aim at material gains. They should be down-to–earth in building up their career. Furthermore, they should face their weak points so as to improve themselves and be more competent.

It has been two years since I first got to university. Some of my classmates say that the college life is boring, because they have plenty of time but do not know what to do. However, from my point of view, the campus life in college is interesting and colorful as long as you make it meaningful.
In the first semester in college, I didn't relax and I still worked hard as I was in the senior school. I usually spent two hours in study at night and I went to the classroom forautonomous learning.But the difference is that I have many extracurricular activities. For example, I went to the English Corner regularly on Tuesday night, in which I could practice my spoken English and make friends with common interests.
Besides, I join the Student Union of my department. In the Student Union, I have a group of workmates who work hard together and support to each other. Actually, it looks like a big, warm family that we can share our lives together. During various activities, I realize the importance of team spirit that helps us go further.
