我讲一个故事：某班请现任名牌大学教授的校友来做报告，教授开门见山：听说你们有80%的人对自己的学校不满意。是的，你们中的不少人，因为高考发挥失常，没有进清华、北大之类的一流学府，又有不少人，因为志愿填报不当，被省重点大学拉下马，最终进了这所名不见经传的“三流大学” 。我为各位感到委屈、不公平！

1.进入大学，就是一个新的环境，接触新的人，你的所有过去对于他们来说是一张白纸，
这是你最好的重新塑造自己形象的时候，改掉以前的缺点，每进入一个新的环境，都应该
以全新的形象出现。

2、“我是谁？”这是一个角色定位和角色认同问题。对“大学生”这一角色，如果模糊不
清，就会出现角色错乱，大一、大二就会变成高四、高五；而如果认同不自信，“Uni
versity”则成为“由你玩四年”，大学人生有可能成为“大混人生”。

3、“我来做什么”、“该怎么做”，这是个主题定位和态度问题。大学的主题是什么？是
单纯求学，两耳不闻窗外事，还是修身求学，一心追求真善美？是做单一型人才还是当复
合型人才？是被动求学还是主动奋斗？选择不同，最后文凭的含金量决然不同。

4、“我到哪里去”？这是个定向问题。进入大学，前途选择并没有结束。将来是赶快毕业
直接工作，还是考研究生继续深造？将来是进入蓝领、白领还是金领职业层次？不管怎样

7、不论男人还是女人，如果在大学里还把容貌当作重要的东西而过分重视的话，可能不会
