有一天，你发现自己已经做了原告，而你却毫不知情，继而又发现：名下的房子没了？！
这样的事，发生在安徽省阜阳市颍上县。
“我本人不知道，怎么就能当原告？”50多岁的农民罗会来涨红着脸说。他的房子经由一起“由他起诉”的官司，归了别人。
本人不知道，忽然“被原告”
罗会来做的个体生意，是把芦苇编成的“大圈”(农村盛放粮食的容器——记者注)卖到东北。2005年年末，他亏了钱，还不上地方信用社的70多万元贷款。这时，银监会颍上县办事处职员王干替他把这一笔钱付给了信用社。
“王干是想买我在上海的两家店面,传奇世界私服，我一直没同意。我只说过咱商量好的话，可以给你一家。”罗会来说。
在买卖达成之前，他们签下了协议：“乙方罗会来自愿将上海市某处两间门面房以862224.6元价格卖给甲方王干，甲方于2005年12月30日前向乙方预付购房款 742224.6元，尚欠12万元，于2006年3月10日前付清。乙方必须向甲方提供上述房屋的产权证书等。”
据罗会来回忆：“当时王干替我付了欠信用社的钱，怕我就这样跑了，我们就同意把我的房产证交给法院暂时保管，经手法官是郑章友。”
但他怎么也没想到，房子会在没有他签字过户的情况下，变成了王干的。
2006年7月末，罗会来、郑章友、王干一同到了上海市虹口区房产局。
据罗会来说：“那时候叫我去，我就去了。他们说话时，都让我在一边等着。当时我都没说话，不知道咋回事呢。我没见着过户文书什么的，因为他们上楼办事，让我在楼下复印材料，我看到里头有一份法院调解书，上头有我的名字。我很纳闷，就留了个心眼儿，把原件悄悄塞进兜里。那时候不敢看，回家才看。”同年8月10日，房主变更为王干。
中国青年报记者质疑：“如果你不打算卖，照常理你应该抓紧还钱，怎么会和人签订买卖协议？”
“我当然想还钱，可是时间特别短，3月签的协议，我还来不及筹钱，8月房子就变成人家的了！”罗会来回答。
2007年，罗会来仍然经常到颍上县法院的信访办公室，“那时就是一心想要回属于我的房子”。
信访办公室工作人员调出了一份《民事调解书》：“看，这是你自己同意的，现在反悔也没有用了。”
这份民事调解书的落款时间,五部门发布规定 明确逼供取证不能作为定案证据，正是当年房屋过户的前不久。“原告”一栏写的，正是摸不着头脑的罗会来自己。
法官导演一案“六个假”？
罗会来说，这一个案子出了“六个假”。
“第一假，他们帮我请假律师和造假委托书；第二假，帮我假诉讼；第三假，帮我假立案；第四假，帮我假开庭；第五假，帮我制作假调解书；第六假，是法官到房产局假强制执行。”
中国青年报记者看到的材料显示，2006年7月21日，罗会来在颍上县法院，起诉王干欠他10万元房款。
起诉书上，没有罗会来的签字和指印。委托代理人是法律工作者张学义。
蹊跷的是，在2008年7月颍上县人民检察院的问话笔录中，张学义坦承他当时根本不认识罗会来。
张学义说：“2008年5月左右，罗会来找我询问代理案件情况时，我才认识的。”而这个时间，距离“委托”已经足足过去两年。
那么，这些起诉、委托和证件，都从何而来呢？
据张学义回忆：“民事诉讼状、罗会来的身份证复印件、一份房屋出让协议书，还有罗会来签名、日期项目等都是空白的授权委托书，都是郑章友法官交给我的，郑又给我钱，叫我到立案庭立
