网络教育是国家承认的学历。国家承认学历主要有以下几种：
1、经过高校招生考试并被高校录取的,持有普通高校毕业证书；
2、 经过成人高校招生考试并被悉弯帆录取的,持有成人高校毕业证书；
3、自学考试的毕业证书；
4、 高等教育学历文凭考试毕业证书；
5、部队院校毕业证书应是总参和国家教育部联合颁发的毕业证书；
