張佑啟教授–計算力學、土木工程專家。曾任香港大學副校長，代首席副校長，開拓了有限元法在結構力學、特別是板與殼的研究。被學術界公認為有限元法的先驅者之一。他的研究領域涉及土木工程許多方面，獲獎甚多。包括英國土木工程協會TelfordPremium，英國混凝土學會成熟結構獎，美國機械工程師學會的N.O.Myklestad，世界計算力學學會IACM獎，國家自然科學二等獎和三等獎。1999年當選為中國科學院院士。

首先，醫學、法律、金融都是港大很強大的專業，當然這也是最優秀的香港local們所追逐的專業，畢業出來也會有很高的社會地位。相反local們對工科的感冒程度並不是特別高，主要因為以金融中心著稱於世的香港沒有很多工業，IT公司也不是很多。下面推薦幾個具體的學位項目。
1. J.D. 法學博士（其實是碩士學位）。港大JD在香港三所擁有JD學位的大學中是聲望最高的（另外兩所依次是港中文和港城）。首先是錄取難度上，港大JD每年僅僅招收四十餘人，對比之下港中文每年大約多出100人，這極大程度決定了港大JD的含金量。另外據說港大在PCLL考試上也比其他兩所學校有優勢，並且每年大約一半學生是投行高管，畢業後會擁有強大的connection。另外很大的優勢是可以不用考LSAT，並且學費2年大約35w HKD，遠比歐美JD性價比高。官網給出了具體的語言要求，詳細見網頁鏈接。

首先說說港大的工科，我室友就是學工科的。理論上港大的工科是沒有內地像上交這些的工科強大的。但是我是在浙江大學委培的，感覺有點不一樣。港大的教學方式和教學理念和國內的一流大學是不一樣的，在港大你可以更多的接觸國際化，信息的豐富程度和教學設備都要好很多。個人感覺港大的工科毫不遜色於國內大學的工科，因為我們都有個習慣，比如港大商科好那工科一定不好，工科好那商科一定不好。 個人感覺那是誤區
再說說港大的商科。
在香港讀商科是非常好的。首先說在內地學經濟或者金融，除了清華北大，很多國內大學的經濟金融學位在國外是不認可的。因為經濟金融其實是理科，但在國內讀了經濟金融專業出去是申請不了國外大學的經濟金融的研究生的，因為國外大學認為我們學習的不是經濟金融。 但港大就不存在這個尷尬的情況。
港大國際化的資源要多很多。比如實習機會，麥肯錫給內地的所有實習名額大概250左右（聽說），但是給香港地區的就有200多個。 還有就是全世界的好老師港大都會聘請，包括好的資源，都是內地大學比不了的。在港大你可以了解最新的經濟金融動向。
個人建議你還是學商科，因為雖然港大的工科很不錯，但香港的環境更有利於商科的學習。 像你自己說的，相比念書你更喜歡「做事」，香港大學的social activities 是很多的，你可以做很多自己的嘗試，包括hall的生活和港大提供的教學方式，是不會讓你覺得你自己一天都在念書的。特別港大有委培體制，我們先在大陸最好的大學委培一年，你可以看到內地大學和香港大學的不一樣。
