托福成績一般都是在100以上的，有些要110以上的。另外SAT也越高越好，本科GPA和推薦信都很重要。大學法律系的好壞，看你有沒有能力拿到價格學金咯，還有就是家底如何。家底好的讀private,常春藤的都可以去，家第一般的讀state，具體的可以去看US news玩站上面law school的排名。

Ⅹ 國外哪些大學法學phd比較好
如果能保研北大、清華、人大、武大這一類top名校，建議去這些學校，讀研時可花一年時間去讀LLM，這樣畢業時可拿兩個碩士畢業證，對將來讀博有好處。
如果不是那些名校，可以直接去申請美國的SJD，或者國外名校Ph.D，這兩類學位對回國執教有幫助，難度系數還好。
再次一些的選擇就是讀國外院校的postgra學位，比LLM多一年，屬於研究型碩士學位，這一類學位對申請Ph.D幫助很大，回國讀博問題也不大。
最後的選擇是LLM，不得不說國外的學術氛圍和習慣跟國內完全不一樣，國外的學術嚴謹、規范許多。去個名校讀完，可以直接以面試方式讀博，當然前提是你得提前聯系好導師，我身邊有不少這樣申請到國內博士名額的。但至於後面能不能進高校，看造化吧。
補充一點，你似乎還不太了解美國的法學院教育，建議你去看北大前法學院院長朱蘇力寫的《法制，及其本土資源》一書里關於美國法學教育的內容。
再補充幾點，以國內法學院崇洋媚外的尿性，國外留學經歷對你幫助會比國內的大，除非top頂級名校強大的校友資源，建議選擇國外名校。
我也注意到有答主說到國外生活如何辛苦之類，我個人覺得個人的秉性會從你過經歷中形成。經過留學，你會發現更獨立、對生活更有追求，甚至可能遇到一生中的真命天子或一輩子的摯友。這種種，都是國內讀研無法給予的。（友情提示：如果國內有了對象，為了感情考慮，不建議你出國，90%的概率會分手）
另外，我愛人是某不出名一本高校老師，身邊一流高校老師也很多，現在高校擔任教職的壓力不小，對新進老師並不友好。你才大二，建議多了解你未來的理想職業，給自己多留一些安全區。
