1.Art Center College of Design
藝術中心設計學院（ACCD）
1930年成立，是美國目前在設計上最權威的學院，其汽車和交通工具設計系、數碼設計專業、插畫系、平面設計、娛樂設計等，是其優勢專業。
2.Art Center College of Design VS Rhode Island School of Design
藝術中心設計學院 （ACCD） VS 羅德島設計學院（RISD）
同：都是美國最悠久的藝術學院。
異：ACCD要求新生入學之前有一定的設計經驗或者有其他大學的學歷，所以學生的平均年齡偏高，一年級新生平均年齡為24歲，而RISD的一年級學生平均年齡為19，換句話說RISD是傾向於招收那些沒有工作經驗的人的。

芝加哥藝術學院(SAIC)
芝加哥最重要的藝術學院，在美國有很高的學術地位。
學院歷史：二戰時由於法西斯上台，現代主義在歐洲遭到扼殺，大批現代主義大師由歐洲大陸移居美國。比如，德國現代主義藝術教育的中心 ----包豪藝術學院的主要教員和大批學生都來到美國，他們不但帶來了現在主義思想，也帶來了現代主義藝術教學體系。美國不少美術學院開始設置新型課程， 對傳統素描、靜物、人體教學也進行了改革。其中最切底的例子就是「芝加哥藝術學院」，1938年由包豪斯的中堅人物拉茲羅.摩霍里.納吉建成的，學院全面 貫徹包豪斯體系，完全改變了芝加哥以往藝術教育的方式。
