我問媽，一個老師能教出分數高的學生，那麼他/她就是好老師，對嗎？
她沒猶豫，說，對。
那麼馬加爵的老師算不算好老師呢？
他啞然。爸爸說，老師又不是只教他一個。
我等待他的解釋，可卻沒了下文。我想他的意思可能是，老師不可能對每一個學生都了解得很深入。
我在網上看到一位老師用反語道：「如此說來，學生犯錯，老師的責任最大，家長其次，學生倒是沒錯」我們把反話正過來看，可能就發現問題了。大眾觀念，老師最基本的職責是：教書育人。看見「育人」了嗎？學生犯錯，老師有不可推卸的責任。
那你有沒有想過，你心中的好老師是怎樣的呢？我看過不少贊揚老師的文章，其中大部分是贊美老師對學生身心上的關懷，精神上的幫助，而鮮有因自己的學習成績進步了，就去贊美老師的。
我忽然想到教我們數學的徐老師。她身上的一些光芒被她的教學成果所掩蓋了。
她上課不僅講課本上的知識和定理。她有時甚至會花半節課的時間給我們講一些做人的常識。如：在公共場所大聲說話是不文明的；中學生的服飾應該如何穿著；甚至細微到吃飯時的規矩。每每她說這些與上課無關的內容時，同學們都聽的特別認真。因為我們覺得新鮮，也因為從來沒有一位老師給我們講過。
只可惜，這些教育被人誤以為是浪費時間，扯題外話了。無奈，按照現在家長的觀念，她只能歸類於上課沒有重點的老師。學生嘛，當然成績最重要，其它的他們以後自然會明白。回嗎？如果沒人教，我們真的會自己明白嗎？那為什麼現在開彈簧門顧己不顧人的還比比皆是？
你看過《十八歲的天空》嗎？希望有。裡面營造了一個讓所有學生朋友么都欣羨不已的環境。這是一位真正與學生打成一片的老師，你會發現，這位老師對學生的關心是多方面的，性格的塑造是最主要的，而被家長們看重的成績卻是其次。
