申請學校抄主要靠的是學位等地，推薦信襲可有可無的。就算有了推薦信，學位等地沒有達到申請學校的要求也是沒用的。

只有國內一本院校畢業的文憑被英聯邦及美國等國家承認，而且需要達到一定的雅思分數。6.5就問題不大了。

如果LZ拿到的是英聯邦所頒發的學位，那隻要是2.1或1等榮譽學士學位就能拿到full offer也就是說免去了雅思要求。

建議你上網上搜索模板自己寫，基本的框架大同小異，關鍵別人不了解你的具回體情況答，比如你的個人情況、經歷，目前的研究內容，研究成果等。
