何燕霖，女，1973年7月生，工學博士，教授、博導。

簡歷：1995年從東北大學金屬物理專業畢業獲得工學學士學位；同年，在西安工業大學材料系任助教， 2000年獲得材料加工工程專業碩士學位並被聘為講師； 2004年獲得上海大學材料學博士學位，同年在材料學院任講師；2005年應邀赴比利時魯汶大學做博士後工作；2007年被上海大學材料學院聘為副教授，2012年被聘為教授，2013年被聘為博導。

研究方向：
金屬材料設計；材料強韌化研究。

主要科研項目：
1）雙相不銹鋼中σ相析出行為的相圖熱力學和動力學（國家自然科學基金面上項目），2010-2012，課題負責人。
2）基於熱力學，動力學計算模擬以及關鍵實驗的TRIP鋼開發（鋼鐵研究總院行業共性技術研究項目），2010-2014，課題負責人。
3）先進高強鋼在高速變形條件下的行為規律及熱力學動力學機制（國家自然科學基金重點項目），2010-2013，課題第二完成人。
4）高塑性多相組織汽車用薄板鋼的基礎研究（國家973項目），2010-2014，課題第三完成人。

作為技術骨幹獲得以下獎項：
1）「先進鐵基材料、高科技陶瓷及納米硬質合金的計算機合金設計」，2005年國際相圖委員會工業獎。
2）「780MPa級低碳低硅無鋁(低鋁)相變誘 發塑性鋼」， 2010年冶金科技一等獎。
3） 「先進高強汽車用鋼研發技術集成與創 新」，2012年冶金科技二等獎。
