洛陽一高建校於1904年，是一所具有百年歷史的老校，上世紀曾被北大校長胡適圈為全國二十個最好的中學之一，1959年被省政府命名為首批「省級重點高中」。

汪海燕，男，法學博士，中國政法大學刑事司法學院教授，博士生導師，中國政法大學、吉林大學、武漢大學司法文明協同創新中心（「2011計劃」）教授，中國政法大學司法改革研究中心主任，北京市大興區人民檢察院副檢察長（掛職），英國諾丁漢大學訪問學者。兼任中國刑事訴訟法學研究會理事，中國審判理論研究會司法改革專業委員會委員，入選教育部「新世紀優秀人才支持計劃」（2010年）、教育部、中央政法委「雙千計劃」（2013年）。在《法學研究》、《中國法學》、《政法論壇》、《清華法學》等刊物上發表論文數十篇，獨著、合著（譯著）、主編專著、教材十餘部。
