首先可以用自己的英文或中文名字想一個為故事，或是單詞之類的，我有一個很胖的老師叫ran，他介紹的時候告訴說：ran是run的過去式，而且你們有一個詞一定很熟就是『restaurant』以後你們想到餐館就想到我啦，方法你可以借鑒。

其次你可以講自己的一些趣事，其實不必非要是你自己的，你可以運用別人的轉換一下。（因為不是每個人都有很多糗事給其他人看的）。
