教授，博士生導師，復旦大學法學院院長，兼任中國國際私法學會副會長、中國國際法學會理事、中國國際經濟法學會常務理事，中國法學會WTO研究會常務理事、江蘇省法學會副會長，現任澳門科技大學教授，華東政法學院國際法專業畢業，獲法學碩士學位，美國威斯康星大學法學院、英國格萊摩根大學法學院訪問學者。

3. 澳門科技大學人文藝術學院的師資力量

人文藝術學院目前設有新聞傳播學與藝術學（藝術設計）兩個學士學位課程，版傳播學與權設計學兩個碩士學位課程，傳播學與設計學兩個博士學位課程。學生約七百名。
人文藝術學院的院長，是中國著名文化學者，有國際影響的中國文化學者余秋雨教授，人文藝術學院的執行副院長，是張志慶教授。人文藝術學院前任副院長，是著名美學家、著名策劃創意專家、知名傳播學者潘知常教授，同時人文藝術學院聘請了一批國內一流的名家與行家固定在每學期都為學生授課，例如清華大學國家教學名師、著名藝術設計學家李硯祖教授，汕頭大學長江藝術與設計學院院長、著名設計史學家王受之教授，江南大學設計學院院長、著名設計學家辛向陽教授，南京藝術學院副院長、著名藝術設計學家何曉佑教授，南京大學社會學院院長、國家教學名師、著名公共關系學專家周曉虹教授，中國社會科學院新聞研究所前所長、著名新聞傳播學家孫旭培教授，清華大學新聞與傳播學院副院長、著名新聞傳播學家陳昌鳳教授，前香港新聞工作者聯會副主席、著名記者張圭陽博士，等等。讓學生受到最好的教育，在澳門聽到北大清華等大中華區最好的名家與行家的課程，是學院不懈的追求。
