A. 給研究生導師的郵件怎麼寫才靠譜
1、中英文自我介紹
很多學校面試時都會要求中英文自我介紹,因此提前准備好中英文自我介紹是十分要的。自我介紹不要過長,過長會讓老師疲倦甚至抓不住重點,但太短會讓老師覺得你根本沒用心准備。因此自我介紹要短而精,有所取捨,著重展現自己十分突出的優點,但要保守低調謙虛的態度,可以說一下你對這個學校和專業的嚮往,並表現出自己渴望求學的態度及對自己能夠勝任的信心。
而且很多老師會針對你的自我介紹進行提問,因此在我介紹里加入一些自己熟悉的內容可以為自己鋪路,巧妙地把老師的問題引到你熟悉的方向上來。
同時英文自我介紹一定要提前背得滾瓜爛熟,這樣才能讓你在緊張的面試環境下比較自然地發揮,避免因為緊張導致的卡殼。
2、感興趣的方向
考生在答此類問題時,要圍繞自己打算要報考的研究方向展開。一定要把你所學到的知識,結合自己想法談一談。如果你對這個方向不是很了解,那麼你就要誠實的說出來,我對這個方向比較有興趣,但是我以前沒有做深入的研究,我希望在研究生期間可以研究這個方向。所以建議大家在復試前要多多了解自己報考專業的幾個研究方向。給導師的印象要言之有據,不說空話、大話。導師最忌諱不懂裝懂,如果你犯了知識性上的錯誤,導師就會感覺你這人人品有問題,即使你回答的再好,導師對你的印象也會大打折扣。
3、看過的專業書籍
這是一個被提及率很高的問題,尤其是文科專業的同學,很多同學在准備復試時也會閱讀相關專業書籍來進行准備,但在專業書籍的選擇上還有幾點需要注意的,首先是不要選太熱門的書,因為你選的書可能會和其他同學撞車,面試老師聽多了難免會煩,而且熱門書籍一般也是入門書籍,介紹太熱門的書往往會顯得你的專業性不太夠。其次是盡量不要選擇在場的面試老師們的書籍,因為由於時間緊迫你對於書里內容的把握可能並不是十分准確,而老師卻十分熟悉書里的內容,這樣交流起來你等於時時刻刻在給自己挖坑。同時這種班門弄斧的做法也會加重你的緊張感,影響面試的發揮。
4、為什麼報考本學校本專業
回答這個問題要有選擇地實話實說。如果你是因為學校實力強、自己對這個專業感興趣並願意投入等等,當然是可以直接告訴老師的。但是如果你選這個學校是因為錄取人數多、好考等等,盡量別把自己的心裡話說出來,會讓老師對你印象不好。
5、未來規劃
此題主要考察的是學生未來的專業規劃,特別是獨立研究的能力。需要考生表達出清晰的規劃及切實可落實的步驟。答題的邏輯思路可以遵循「研究生學習總體目標––階段規劃––能力提高」來組織。
這是很多考生都不希望遇到的問題,因為根本就沒考慮過,但實際上很多同學在面試中都被問到過這個問題。比較多的答案是:好好學習,認真科研。千萬不要說什麼不知道、沒想過。其實老師問這個問題,就是想看你對專業的了解還有你的進取心,未來要做什麼隨時會變。老師其實也不care,畢竟到時候還是要聽你導師的安排。所以大家回答的時候一定要盡量展示出自己對專業知識的認知和了解,表達出自己對學術科研的興趣。
6、被淘汰怎麼辦
這個問題看起來不太會被問到,但其實還是有好多同學遇到的。這個問題其實就是考查你的抗壓能力,所以如果遇到老師問這個問題,千萬不要慌,不要以為是老師覺得你表現不好,當場給你下了判決書。回答的基本套路是首先表示假如沒錄取,自己會感到很遺憾,因為自己付出了很多努力,但是會努力地調整心態,反思自己哪一方面沒做好,找出問題所在,虛心學習別人的優點,以及之後的打算等等。
7、畢業論文以及實習經驗
畢業論文在面試的時候是是老師了解你學術潛力的直接窗口,也是老師有可能問的問題之一,其重要性自然不言而喻。如果你是應屆生,一定要趁寒假期間把你的畢業論文初稿寫完。因為很多學校開學不久就要求交論文,而這段時間又是你復習的黃金時間,千萬不要把這些時間浪費在寫論文上面。
如果你的簡歷中寫到了自己的實習經歷,那很有可能會被老師問到相關的內容,比如實習的工作內容和收獲、對於實習公司的評價等等,可以提前准備一些實習相關的介紹,被問到時做到有話可說。
B. 寫email給國外導師,開頭如何稱呼
正式地稱呼導師。
在和導師以及校方進行學術溝通時,使用比較正式的郵件溝通禮儀是非常重要的。 與平時我們和朋友之間寫郵件有所不同,在這里有一些格式規范我們需要注意一下:
在郵件的第一行,一般使用「DearMr./Ms./Mrs.」並且加上導師的LastName也就是姓氏。在第一行之後,我們建議你使用回車鍵,在第一行和郵件的正文中間插入一行空行。
在這里,最好不要用「Hello」、「Hi」、」Hey」 等詞語來替代」Dear」。稱呼導師時,請一定要稱呼老師的姓氏。除非導師特別說明了請直接稱呼名字(FirstName)。

聯系導師要注意什麼?
有條件的話,自我推薦有必要
復試的時候,只有短短二十幾分鍾的面試時間,不足以全面了解一個考生,如果正好「點兒背」備考查到了自己不擅長的題目,那也真是夠冤的,其實導師也不希
望有這種情況發生,也希望能選擇到那個「最合適的人」,所以如果能在復試前,進行一下合理的自我推薦絕對有必要。可以在網上搜索導師的信息,給導師發郵件
介紹自己的情況,一般導師都會對收到的郵件進行回復。如果你關系足夠「硬」,也可以請別人引薦,或者約時間面談。
能否聯系導師,不要太勉強
不可否認的是,絕大部分考生其實是沒有時間和精力去聯系導師的,如果聯系不到,千萬不能灰心喪氣覺得自己肯定沒希望了,那些聯繫到的結果也一定是喜憂參
